At Giggle Stitch Baby, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused and unworn

Be in their original condition

Include original packaging and tags

Be accompanied by your proof of purchase or order number

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:

Worn or washed baby clothing

Used blankets or bedding

Personalised or custom-made items

Items marked Final Sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Photos of the item

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
